Nozzle Systems
Chemtron designs and builds the nozzle systems for each gas turbine type and output. Each is made for ON-line or OFF-line washing, so the cleaning fluid is atomized and spread evenly across the compressor inlet.
ON-line & OFF-line Cleaning
ON-line washing runs while the turbine is under load and slows down fouling between outages. OFF-line (crank) washing runs during shutdowns and gives a deeper clean. Using both keeps output and heat rate close to design values for longer.
